Appointments Cancellation Policy

At Flowerisa Beauty Clinics, 

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice to be given for any appointment cancellation. 
• If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or do not attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to retain your $50 deposit. In the case of pre-paid treatments, or treatments redeemed under a VIP card, we will charge a $50 cancellation fee.

Refund Policy – Products

At Flowerisa Beauty Clinics,

• We do not offer refund for change of mind.
• We do not offer refund for products that are slightly opened or unwrapped. 
• Products in a new, unused and resaleable condition can be exchanged for store credit or other products within 14 days of purchase. 
• In rare circumstances that customers may have sensitive reactions to products. Please stop using the products and contact us via mobile messages 0401 429 008 immediately. We require products to be returned to us with at least 80% full for a refund to be processed. We also require proof of purchase and proof of sensitivity such as a photo for the refund. 

Refund Policy – VIP Cards

At Flowerisa Beauty Clinics,

• Our procedures and products may not be suitable for you and whilst all due care and skill is exercised in treating our clients, ultimately it is your responsibility to determine if the product or treatment or the VIP card is right for you.
• VIP cards are only to be used for treatments (except treatments exercised by a Doctor or a Nurse), not for products or cancellation fees.
• If you pre-pay for a VIP card, you will save certain % off treatments according to the VIP card promotions. Pre-paid VIP cards are NOT refundable, however the expiry date can be extended for exceptional circumstances. 
• In circumstances where the VIP card holder is leaving Sydney, 
  • and if the VIP card balance is under $300, it can be used to redeem products at full cost. OR
  • the card balance can be transferred to another person nominated by the card holder. The original VIP card expiry date remains. Each VIP card can only be transferred once. 
• VIP cards cannot be shared among multiple persons, however can be used by relatives of the same family.
• Customers with a VIP card over $2000 of value can invite two different friends for trail of a treatment. 
• Bronze and Silver VIP cards have respective expiry period of 12 and 18 months. Silver Plus and Gold VIP cards have expiry period of 24 months. Once expired, the respective discount no longer applies to treatments, customers can continue redeem the VIP cards with full treatment costs.
• If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or do not attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to retain your deposit. In the case of customers with pre-paid VIP cards, a $50 cancellation fee will be redeemed under the VIP card.
• You agree to these terms by purchasing the VIP cards.

Refund Policy – Prepaid Treatments

• Our procedures and products may not be suitable for you and whilst all due care and skill is exercised in treating our clients ultimately it is your responsibility to determine if the product or treatment is right for you.
• In order for us to provide you with a great service it is fundamental that you provide all information requested in completing consent forms or advising us of any factors that may affect your treatments. You also need to have realistic expectations of the results of treatment. We encourage you to work with your therapist or health professional on what you can achieve with your treatment.
• If you pre-pay for treatments you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule. There is no refund on pre-pays and they are not transferable to other individuals or other treatments.
• Each prepaid treatment campaign has its own expiry period, please read the footnote of the promotion carefully before you purchase.
• If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or do not attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to retain your $50 deposit. In the case of pre-paid treatments, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged.
• You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments.
